Robin S Loves ‘Show Me Love’ Reference to Beyoncé’s ‘Break My Soul’ – Billboard

Beyoncé brought us back to the dance floor this summer with her new single, “Break My Soul,” which features an infectious hook reminiscent of Robin S’s 1993 dance anthem “Show Me Love.”

After the release, Robin S joined the Good Morning Britain crew to talk about Bey’s reference to her hit song and how sweet she found out about it. “My son called me and said, ‘Mom, mom. You’re trending everywhere,’” she said. “You know Beyoncé released her song and it’s ‘Show Me Love,’ and you’re trending everywhere.”

“Break My Soul” will appear on Beyoncé’s upcoming album Renaissance, which is due out on July 29.
